Eikon: Hello and welcome back, all of you.
Today we would like to speak about the Great Teaching and the Great
Teacher.
In your lives each of you has many things: things that you have acquired,
things that you have desired and then acquired, and things that you
are striving for. Many of these things are material, and perhaps you
are content with what you have or perhaps there are some things you
would like newer and shinier.
Each of you in this room – we are not talking about you personally,
but – humans in general, often find an endless appetite for a
need for improved things in their life: an automobile; a home; wonderful
surroundings of different kinds; clothing an so on.
When one becomes interested in learning, one becomes attracted to
a teacher. And the habitual path of searching out the highest quality
enters in. And it becomes an occupation with many to know that they
have found the teaching of the highest teacher and the best teaching.
They compare their teaching and their teacher with others and they
evaluate. And the same motivation that fuels the ordinary ambitions
becomes an ingredient in the mixture for fueling the spiritual ambitions.
And many are proud of how great their teacher is and how great their
teaching is. And they possess it.
The Great Teachers as seen by us, as those who share. That give freely
the benefit of their view and their experience. They give back as
they have received.
But the greatest teacher is simply your life. And the greatest teaching
is your life. The events unfolding before you and your own learning
process and wisdom of negotiating them, of absorbing them, of processing
them and of moving through them.
For you will be provided with the perfect teaching, which is greater
than the greatest teaching for it is the perfect teaching for you.
It is incomparable to the teaching of others. And any comparing of
your life to others is simply a fiction or a form of entertainment.
For you have been selected to live your particular life and the path
is exclusively your own.
The treasures have been laid in your path and the choices are yours,
the challenges are yours. It is a unique teaching that has no name
and only a single follower. Accepting this great teaching into your
life, for what it is, will change your life. For having seen that
you have been provided with the ultimate teaching, customized for
you is very empowering and reminds you that you are not in this life
on a solo mission to get past a certain point that has been pre-established
by others. It is the bravery of stepping into your own path.
They do not wish to say ‘destiny’ because they wish to make
it clear that it is endless choice, endless free will, endless willingness
by you to participate. And endless choice to step back.
The teachers of spiritual paths in your world are helpful as long
as they support this fact, this condition of your life. You cannot
serve your own path and become a devotee of another person. For it
is rare that one path follows another so, so closely. But to study
a system of thought or spiritual practice to bring the reality of
your understanding to the forefront is a wonderful support and we
encourage it. And only remind you that each of you has your own paved
street to walk down. And each of you are writing the story of that
journey in separate volumes.
We have spoken about ways for you to accept the guidance in your
life, through synchronistic messages, perchance meetings, coincidental
associative events and thoughts, and unexplainable circumstances.
They are the flags that have been put on the unpaved part of the path
to guide you. As you follow, you pave the path. Each step you take
clears the way and paves it.
So now we would like to know and make ourselves available to show
you the path-view from our view. And also – we don’t think
we need to say this for this group but we are saying it now –
you never need ask a question here. For we will answer you anyway.
For we are aware from the energy you bring, of where you are and we
are sensitive to your needs and are focused on offering you support.
So you are always free to bask in the silence or to listen or to engage
in the discussion. And we promise you support regardless of which
avenue you’re on.
