Eikon: Hello and welcome back, each of you. Today each of you are painters. You are painting the picture of your lives, today and everyday. You are canvassing your life for meaning and experience. And as you set forward on creating your painting, your search adds depth to your picture.

[a siren blaring] The outer world, noisy as it is, is the canvas you’ve been given. And despite incessant distraction, it is all you have to create your life. Your life is already created and inside you. Your experience is eternally inside. But as humans, you have a quest and you experience that quest through an outer creation, which is truly your own.

It is interesting for us to see you each creating, reflecting, responding, reacting to the outer creation which you have made… perfecting and so on. But the outer creation is never quite right. And part of your skill in this life is learning to manifest purely, into this outer world, this canvas. [siren continues] For despite all the other activity, you are going to leave the painting of your life.

The way humans perceive and the way you have been taught, it is easier to look on the outside and make adjustments. For the inner world is subtle. And you have been persuaded by your trainers to accept the outer world as the truth. The outer world has been painted by painters such as yourself. Sometimes they paint the great pyramids or the World Trade Center, or other massive structures that defy imagination, and other times they paint dramatic scenes that are overwhelming, or use their creations to even influence you.

You are creating on the outer too. And the outer world is where the energy exchanges occur for all humans. So they think… so you think. But the energy exchange is really inside of you and the outer world is really a mirror. So you are painting on a mirror. And you are looking at your painting and evaluating yourself based on what you see. And evaluating others based on what you see. This is how you’ve been taught to interact with your world.

Some of the deeper experiences that this group has been discussing in terms of body awareness and inner journeying of a kind, is an alternate method for experience, a different pathway. Something that travels back to the source without the distractions and artifice of the outer paintings.

These are your inner paintings. The experience of your life is recorded like paintings on a cave wall. Your body’s signature is under each of these paintings for it has processed your experience and put it into an image, which is held in the body. Or we will say ‘preserved’ until it can be fully processed which is more like film than a painting.

But there are no one-hour photos for your body experience. The process of releasing the paintings or images is an extensive one. For nearly every moment, you are taking new pictures inside. And often creating new ones outside. So your gallery is quite packed, once you become even a few years old

When you acknowledge the presence of Spirit or your own intuition, you are acknowledging something new in the museum. Something that is not been deposited at some point in the past. It is a new entry that you are allowing. And this new entry of energy, intuition, insight, has the ability to guide you into an aligned place where you can be more discerning about the type of experience you wish for in your life. You can begin to discard many of the pictures you have been carrying around that you haven’t gotten around to framing yet, but you haven’t let go of either. And many of the pictures that are outdated seem pale and lifeless with this new presence in your presence.

Each person’s library of pictures on the inside and outside, is truly their life’s work–the words you put out into the world, the feelings you share with others, the thoughts that you think make no difference and are private but travel out often with tremendous emotion–it’s all part of your painting. And They are saying, as far as some of these unsettled thoughts, it is rather like filling balloons with paint and flinging them against a wall.

For every expenditure of energy in your life leaves a painting for the Universe. This is what psychics read. This is what instinct and intuition sense. The power of your energy to influence your environment is cumulative and important. But rather than work by a strict rulebook of what creates wonderful paintings and what does not, we say open to Spirit, open to your intuition by creating some quiet in your life, and be informed. And you will find a clearing in the rooms that are completely packed with pictures you no longer look at. For they will start to dissolve as something more alive becomes the centerpiece in your house.

So, having said this, we would like to hear about the pictures in your life. And we will ask our art critics what they think. Who would like to begin?
